Since I first heard Steve Jobs say, "Innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity - not a threat", his words truly resonated with me both personally and professionally. Working at a software company in the  cloud video surveillance  industry during this COVID-19 pandemic, those words resonate more with me today than they ever have before. Over the past 2 months, I have seen and heard so many innovative ideas to help people adjust and adapt to new norms in this industry. An industry committed to helping people find some direction through an adapting world of personal and professional needs.
